Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Quality Issues: If you believe the wine is defective (e.g., corked, spoiled, or damaged during delivery), please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with details and, if possible, photographs.

  • Products past their best-before date or improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

    Refunds

    • Refunds are issued as a voucher or coupon code for the amount of the product, excluding VAT and shipping costs.

    • The voucher or coupon code will be valid for use on future purchases through our website.

    • No cash or original payment method refunds will be provided.

      How to Initiate a Return

      Opened or partially consumed wine bottles.

      Wine stored improperly (e.g., exposed to heat, sunlight, or unsuitable conditions after delivery).

      Wine past its best-before date.

      Any items not in their original condition or packaging.

      Shipping Costs

      Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

      Exchanges
